1 나는 주께서 제단 위에 서 계신 것을 보았노라. 그때 그분께서 이같이 말씀하셨느니라. “문의 상인방을 쳐서 문기둥들을 흔들리게 하라. 그런 다음에 그것들의 머리를 자르되, 그것들 모두를 그리하라. 그리하여 내가 그들 가운데 마지막 남은 자들을 칼로 살해하겠노라. 그들 중에서 도망하는 자가 멀리 도망하지 못할 것이요, 그들 중에서 탈출하는 자가 구출되지 못하리라.
1 I saw the Lord standing upon the altar: and he said, Smite the lintel of the door, that the posts may shake: and cut them in the head, all of them; and I will slay the last of them with the sword: he that fleeth of them shall not flee away, and he that escapeth of them shall not be delivered.
2 그들이 지옥 속으로 파고 들어간다 할지라도 나의 손이 거기서 그들을 잡을 것이요, 그들이 하늘로 기어올라 온다 할지라도 내가 거기서 그들을 끌어내리겠노라.
2 Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down:
3 그리고 그들이 칼멜의 꼭대기 안에 자신들을 숨긴다 할지라도 내가 찾아내서 거기서 그들을 끄집어내겠노라. 또 그들이 나의 목전에서 떠나 바다의 바닥 속에 숨는다 할지라도 내가 거기서 뱀에게 명령하겠으니, 그가 그들을 물리라.
3 And though they hide themselves in the top of Carmel, I will search and take them out thence; and though they be hid from my sight in the bottom of the sea, thence will I command the serpent, and he shall bite them:
4 그리고 그들이 자신들의 원수들 앞에서 포로로 끌려간다 할지라도 내가 거기서 칼에게 명령하겠으니, 그것이 그들을 살해하리라. 그리하여 내가 나의 눈들을 그들 위에 고정하겠으니, 해악을 위한 것이지, 축복을 위한 것이 아니니라.
4 And though they go into captivity before their enemies, thence will I command the sword, and it shall slay them: and I will set mine eyes upon them for evil, and not for good.
5 그리고 만군의 주 하나님은 그 지역을 건드리는 분이시니, 그리하면 그곳이 녹을 것이요, 그 안에 거하는 모든 자가 애곡하리라. 그러고 나서 그곳이 홍수처럼 전부 일어날 것이요, 이집트의 홍수에 의한 것같이 수장되리라.
5 And the Lord GOD of hosts is he that toucheth the land, and it shall melt, and all that dwell therein shall mourn: and it shall rise up wholly like a flood; and shall be drowned, as by the flood of Egypt.
6 하늘 안에 자신의 층들을 짓고 땅 안에 자신의 군부대를 설립한 이요, 바다의 물들을 불러내고 그것들을 땅의 표면 위에 쏟아 붓는 이가 그니라. 주가 그의 이름이라.
6 It is he that buildeth his stories in the heaven, and hath founded his troop in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name.
7 오, 이스라엘의 자녀들아, 너희는 나에게 에티오피아인들의 후손들 같지 아니하냐? 주가 말하노라. 내가 이집트 지역에서 이스라엘을 데리고 올라오지 아니하였느냐? 그리고 필리스티아인들을 캅톨에서 시리아인들을 킬에서 데리고 올라오지 아니하였느냐?
7 Are ye not as children of the Ethiopians unto me, O children of Israel? saith the LORD. Have not I brought up Israel out of the land of Egypt? and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Syrians from Kir?
8 보라, 주 하나님의 눈들은 죄로 가득한 왕국 위에 있도다. 그런즉 내가 그것을 땅의 표면에서 멸망시키겠노라. 단, 내가 야곱의 집은 모조리 멸하지 아니하겠노라. 주가 말하노라.
8 Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth; saving that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith the LORD.
9 이는 보라, 내가 명령할 것이요, 내가 모든 민족들 가운데서 이스라엘 집을 체질하되, 마치 곡식이 체 안에서 체질을 당하듯이 할 것이기 때문이라. 그럼에도 가장 작은 낟알조차 땅 위로 떨어지지 아니하리라.
9 For, lo, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all nations, like as corn is sifted in a sieve, yet shall not the least grain fall upon the earth.
10 나의 백성 중 모든 죄인들은 칼에 의하여 죽으리니, 그들이 말하기를, ‘해악이 우리를 따라잡지도, 앞질러 가지도 못하리라.’ 하는도다.
10 All the sinners of my people shall die by the sword, which say, The evil shall not overtake nor prevent us.
11 ¶ 그날에는 쓰러진 다윗의 장막을 내가 일으켜 세우고, 그것의 균열들을 봉합하겠노라. 그리고 내가 그의 폐허들을 일으켜 세우겠고, 내가 그것을 옛날들같이 세우리라.
11 ¶ In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:
12 이는 그들이 에돔의 남은 자들과 나의 이름으로 불리는 모든 이교도들의 남은 자들을 차지하게 하려 함이라. 이 일을 행하는 주가 말하노라.
12 That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the LORD that doeth this.
13 보라, 그날들이 오나니, 주가 말하노라. 곧, 밭을 가는 자가 수확꾼을 따라잡고, 포도들을 밟는 자가 씨 뿌리는 자를 따라잡으리라. 그리하여 산들이 달콤한 포도즙 방울을 떨어뜨릴 것이요, 모든 언덕들은 녹으리라.
13 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.
14 그리고 내가 나의 백성 이스라엘의 포로들을 다시 데려오겠고, 그들은 황폐한 도시들을 건축하고 그곳들에서 거주하리라. 그리고 그들은 포도원들을 세우고 그곳에서 포도즙을 마시리라. 그들은 또한 정원들을 조성하고 그곳들에서 열매를 먹으리라.
14 And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them.
15 그리하여 내가 그들을 그들의 지역에 심겠노라. 그런 다음에 그들은 내가 그들에게 준 그들의 지역에서 더 이상 뽑히지 아니하리라. 주 너의 하나님이 말하노라.”
15 And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God.
