1 이 일들이 있은 후에 예수님께서는 티베리아스 바다에서 다시금 제자들에게 자신을 보이셨더라. 그런즉 그분께서 이런 식으로 자신을 보이셨더라.
1 After these things Jesus shewed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias; and on this wise shewed he himself.
2 시몬 베드로와 디두무스라 불리는 도마와 갈릴리 카나의 나다나엘과 세배대의 아들들과 그분의 제자들 중 다른 두 명이 함께 있었더라.
2 There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples.
3 시몬 베드로가 그들에게 말하기를, “나는 물고기 잡으러 가노라.” 하니라. 그들이 그에게 말하기를, “우리도 너와 함께 가노라.” 하니라. 그들이 밖으로 가서 즉시 선박 안으로 들어갔으니, 그날 밤 그들이 아무것도 잡지 못하였더라.
3 Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing.
4 그러나 이제 아침이 되자 예수님께서 물가에 서 계셨더라. 그러나 제자들은 그분이 예수님이신 것을 몰랐더라.
4 But when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus.
5 그때 예수님께서 그들에게 말씀하시기를, “자녀들아, 너희에게 어떤 음식이 있느냐?” 하시니라. 그들이 그분께 “없나이다.”라고 대답하였더라.
5 Then Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No.
6 그러자 그분께서 그들에게 말씀하시기를, “그 선박의 우측에 그물을 던지라. 그리하면 너희가 찾아내리라.” 하셨느니라. 그러므로 그들이 던졌는데 이때 물고기들의 무리로 인하여 그들이 그것을 끌어당길 수 없었더라.
6 And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.
7 그러므로 예수님께서 사랑하신 그 제자가 베드로에게 말하기를, “그분은 주시로다.” 하니라. 이제 시몬 베드로가 그분이 주이신 것을 들었을 때, 그는 자신의 몸에 어부용 웃옷을 둘렀고 (이는 그가 벗고 있었기 때문이라.) 자기 몸을 바닷속으로 던졌더라.
7 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.
8 그리고 다른 제자들은 작은 선박으로 왔는데, (이는 그들이 육지에서 멀리 떨어져 있지 않았으며 다만 이백 큐빗 정도 되었기 때문에) 물고기들이 담긴 그물을 끌면서 왔더라.
8 And the other disciples came in a little ship; (for they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the net with fishes.
9 그때 그들이 육지에 도달하자마자 그들은 거기서 숯불과 그 위에 놓인 물고기와 빵을 보았더라.
9 As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread.
10 예수님께서 그들에게 말씀하시기를, “너희가 막 잡은 물고기를 가져오라.” 하시니라.
10 Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.
11 시몬 베드로가 올라가서 수많은 물고기들로 가득한 그물을 육지로 끌어당겼는데 일백쉰세 마리더라. 그리고 그렇게 많이 있었는데 그럼에도 그물이 찢어지지 아니하였더라.
11 Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.
12 예수님께서 그들에게 말씀하시기를, “와서 식사하라.” 하시니라. 그리고 그분이 주이신 것을 알았으므로 제자들 중 아무도 그분께 감히 “당신은 누구시니이까?” 하고 여쭙는 자가 없었더라.
12 Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord.
13 그때 예수님께서 오셔서 빵을 취하시고 그들에게 주시며 물고기도 그와 같이 하시니라.
13 Jesus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise.
14 이것은 이제 예수님께서 죽은 자들로부터 살아나신 뒤에 그분께서 자신을 자신의 제자들에게 세 번째로 보이신 것이라.
14 This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.
15 ¶ 그렇게 하여 그들이 식사한 후에 예수님께서 시몬 베드로에게 말씀하시기를, “요-나의 아들 시몬아, 네가 이들보다 나를 더 사랑하느냐?” 하시니라. 그가 그분께 말씀드리기를, “예, 주여, 당신께서는 제가 당신을 사랑하는 것을 아시나이다.” 하니라. 그분께서 그에게 말씀하시기를, “내 어린양들을 먹이라.” 하시니라.
15 ¶ So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.
16 그분께서 그에게 다시 두 번째로 말씀하시기를, “요-나의 아들 시몬아, 네가 나를 사랑하느냐?” 하시니라. 그가 그분께 말씀드리기를, “예, 주여, 당신께서는 제가 당신을 사랑하는 것을 아시나이다.” 하니라. 그분께서 그에게 말씀하시기를, “내 양들을 먹이라.” 하시니라.
16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
17 그분께서 그에게 세 번째로 말씀하시기를, “요-나의 아들 시몬아, 네가 나를 사랑하느냐?” 하시니라. 베드로가 그분께서 자신에게 세 번째로 “네가 나를 사랑하느냐?”라고 말씀하신 까닭에 비통해하였더라. 이윽고 그가 그분께 말씀드리기를, “주여, 당신께서 모든 것들을 아시며 당신께서는 제가 당신을 사랑하는 것을 아시나이다.” 하였더라. 예수님께서 그에게 이같이 말씀하시니라. “내 양들을 먹이라.
17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
18 진실로, 진실로 내가 너에게 말하노니, ‘네가 젊었을 때 너는 스스로 띠를 두르고 네가 원하는 곳으로 걸어 다녔느니라. 그러나 네가 늙으면 너는 너의 두 손을 앞으로 뻗을 것이요, 또 다른 이가 너에게 띠를 두를 것이며, 네가 원하지 않는 곳으로 너를 옮겨 가리라.’”
18 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast young, thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not.
19 그분께서 이것을 언급하신 것은 그가 어떤 죽음으로 하나님을 영화롭게 할지 알려 주신 것이라. 이어서 그분께서 이것을 언급하신 후에 친히 그에게 말씀하시기를, “나를 따르라.” 하시니라.
19 This spake he, signifying by what death he should glorify God. And when he had spoken this, he saith unto him, Follow me.
20 그때 뒤돌아본 베드로가 예수님께서 사랑하신 제자가 따라오는 것을 보니라. 그는 또한 만찬에서 그분의 가슴에 기댔던 자이며, 말씀드리기를, “주여, 당신을 배반하는 그가 누구니이까?” 하였던 자라.
20 Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?
21 베드로가 그를 보면서 예수님께 말씀드리기를, “주여, 그리하면 이 사람은 무엇을 하리이까?” 하니라.
21 Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do?
22 예수님께서 그에게 말씀하시기를, “설령 내가 그를 내가 올 때까지 머물게 할지라도 그것이 너와 무슨 상관이냐? 너는 나를 따르라.” 하시니라.
22 Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.
23 그때 그 제자가 죽지 않을 것이라는 이 말씀이 형제들 사이에 퍼져 나갔더라. 그렇지만 예수님께서 그에게 “그가 죽지 아니하리라.” 하고 말씀하신 것이 아니라 다만 “설령 내가 그를 내가 올 때까지 머물게 할지라도 그것이 너와 무슨 상관이냐?” 하신 것이라.
23 Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet Jesus said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?
24 이런 일들을 증언하고 또 이런 일들을 기록한 그 제자가 이 사람이라. 그리고 우리는 그의 증언이 참된 것을 아노라.
24 This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true.
25 그리고 예수님께서 행하신 다른 많은 것들도 있으니, 만일 그것들이 낱낱이 기록되어야 한다면 심지어 세상 자체도 기록될 책들을 담을 수 없을 것이라고 나는 생각하노라. 아멘.
25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.
