1 유다의 죄는 철필과 다이아몬드의 뾰족한 끝으로 기록되었도다. 그것이 그들의 마음 판 위와 너희의 제단들의 뿔들 위에 새겨졌도다.
1 The sin of Judah is written with a pen of iron, and with the point of a diamond: it is graven upon the table of their heart, and upon the horns of your altars;
2 그들의 자녀들이 높은 언덕들 위에 있는 푸른 나무들 곁에서 그들의 제단들과 그들의 작은 수풀들을 기억하는 동안 그러하였도다.
2 Whilst their children remember their altars and their groves by the green trees upon the high hills.
3 오, 들에 있는 나의 산아, 내가 너의 재물과 너의 모든 보물들을 약탈로 내주리니, 너의 모든 경계들을 통틀어 죄로 인하여 너의 높은 처소들이 그리되리라.
3 O my mountain in the field, I will give thy substance and all thy treasures to the spoil, and thy high places for sin, throughout all thy borders.
4 그리고 너, 바로 너 자신은 내가 너에게 준 너의 상속지로부터 취소되리라. 그리고 내가 네가 모르는 지역에서 너로 하여금 너의 원수들을 섬기게 하겠노라. 이는 너희가 나의 분노에 불을 붙였기 때문이라. 그 불은 영원토록 작열하리라.
4 And thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve thine enemies in the land which thou knowest not: for ye have kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burn for ever.
5 ¶ 주가 이같이 말하노라. 사람을 신뢰하고, 육신을 자신의 병기로 삼으며, 그의 마음이 주로부터 떠나는 사람은 저주받기를 바라노라.
5 ¶ Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
6 이는 그가 사막 가운데 있는 히스나무 같이 되리니, 좋은 것이 오는 때를 보지 못할 것이요, 다만 광야 가운데서, 한 소금 지역과 거주하는 자가 없는 지역에서 바싹 마른 장소들을 상속할 것이기 때문이라.
6 For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.
7 주를 신뢰하고 주가 그의 소망인 사람은 복되도다.
7 Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.
8 이는 그가 물들 곁에 심겨져서 강가로 그녀의 뿌리들을 뻗는 한 나무 같아서, 열기가 오는 때를 보지 아니할 것이니, 다만 그녀의 잎사귀는 푸를 것이요, 가뭄의 해에도 염려로 가득하지 아니할 것이요, 열매를 내는 것도 그치지 아니할 것이기 때문이라.
8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
9 ¶ 마음은 만물보다 속임수로 가득하고 극도로 사악하니, 누가 마음을 알 수 있으리요?
9 ¶ The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
10 나 주는 마음을 살피고, 중심을 시험하나니, 곧 모든 사람에게 저마다 그의 길들에 따라, 그가 행하는 것들의 열매에 따라 주느니라.
10 I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
11 마치 자고새가 알들을 품으나 그것들이 부화하지 아니하듯이 이처럼 재물들을 바르게 취하지 아니한 자는 그의 날들의 중간에 그것들을 남기고 떠나리니, 그의 끝에는 어리석은 자가 되리라.”
11 As the partridge sitteth on eggs, and hatcheth them not; so he that getteth riches, and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a fool.
12 ¶ 시작부터 영광스럽고 높은 보좌는 우리의 성소가 속한 곳이라.
12 ¶ A glorious high throne from the beginning is the place of our sanctuary.
13 오, 주여, 이스라엘의 소망이여, 당신을 저버리는 모든 자들은 부끄러워할 것이요, 저에게서 떠나는 자들은 땅에 기록되리이다. 이는 그들이 살아 있는 물들의 원천이신 주를 저버린 까닭이니이다.
13 O LORD, the hope of Israel, all that forsake thee shall be ashamed, and they that depart from me shall be written in the earth, because they have forsaken the LORD, the fountain of living waters.
14 저를 치유하소서, 오, 주여, 그리하면 제가 치유되리이다. 저를 구원하소서. 그리하면 제가 구원받으리이다. 이는 당신께서 저의 찬송이시기 때문이니이다.
14 Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.
15 ¶ 보소서, 그들이 제게 말하기를, “주의 말씀이 어디 있느냐? 그것을 지금 임하게 하라.” 하나이다.
15 ¶ Behold, they say unto me, Where is the word of the LORD? let it come now.
16 저로 말하자면 저는 한 목양자가 되는 데서 떠나려고 서두르지 아니하였나니, 당신을 따르기 위함이니이다. 제가 화가 가득한 날을 열망한 것도 아니었으니, 당신께서는 아시나이다. 저의 입술에서 나온 것은 당신 앞에 옳은 것이었나이다.
16 As for me, I have not hastened from being a pastor to follow thee: neither have I desired the woeful day; thou knowest: that which came out of my lips was right before thee.
17 저에게 공포가 되지 마소서. 당신께서는 해악의 날에 저의 소망이시니이다.
17 Be not a terror unto me: thou art my hope in the day of evil.
18 저를 박해하는 자들을 당혹스럽게 하소서. 그러나 저는 당혹스럽게 하지 마소서. 그들을 좌절하게 하소서. 그러나 저는 좌절하게 하지 마소서. 그들 위에 해악의 날을 가져오시고 그들을 두 배의 멸망으로 멸망시키소서.
18 Let them be confounded that persecute me, but let not me be confounded: let them be dismayed, but let not me be dismayed: bring upon them the day of evil, and destroy them with double destruction.
19 ¶ 주께서 나에게 이같이 말씀하셨느니라. “가서 백성의 자녀들의 대문, 곧 유다의 왕들이 들어오고 그들이 나가는 대문 안에 서고, 예루살렘의 모든 대문들 안에 서라.
19 ¶ Thus said the LORD unto me; Go and stand in the gate of the children of the people, whereby the kings of Judah come in, and by the which they go out, and in all the gates of Jerusalem;
20 그리하여 그들에게 이같이 말하라. ‘이 대문들로 입장하는 너희여, 유다의 왕들과 온 유다와 예루살렘의 모든 거주자들이여, 너희는 주의 말씀을 들으라.
20 And say unto them, Hear ye the word of the LORD, ye kings of Judah, and all Judah, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, that enter in by these gates:
21 주가 이같이 말하노라. 스스로에게 주의하여 안식일에 짐을 전혀 짊어지지 말고, 예루살렘의 대문들로 그것을 들이지도 말라.
21 Thus saith the LORD; Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem;
22 또한 안식일에 너희 집들에서 하나의 짐이라도 밖으로 옮기지 말라. 또한 너희는 어떤 일도 하지 말라. 다만 너희는 내가 너희 조상들에게 명령한 것같이 안식일을 거룩하게 하라.’
22 Neither carry forth a burden out of your houses on the sabbath day, neither do ye any work, but hallow ye the sabbath day, as I commanded your fathers.
23 그러나 그들은 순종하지 아니하였고, 그들의 귀를 기울이지도 아니하였으며 오히려 그들의 고개를 꼿꼿하게 하여 그들이 듣지도, 교훈을 받아들이지도 아니하였도다.
23 But they obeyed not, neither inclined their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear, nor receive instruction.
24 주가 말하노라. 그런즉 만일 너희가 부지런히 나에게 경청하여 안식일에 이 도성의 대문들을 통하여 짐을 들이지 아니하고, 오직 안식일을 거룩하게 하여 그날에 아무 일도 하지 아니한다면 이러한 일이 있으리니,
24 And it shall come to pass, if ye diligently hearken unto me, saith the LORD, to bring in no burden through the gates of this city on the sabbath day, but hallow the sabbath day, to do no work therein;
25 그때에는 다윗의 보좌 위에 앉아 있는 왕들과 통치자들이 병거들과 말들을 탄 채 이 도성의 대문들 안으로 들어오리니, 그들과 그들의 통치자들과 유다 사람들과 예루살렘의 거주자들이 그리하리라. 그리고 이 도성은 영원토록 존속하리라.
25 Then shall there enter into the gates of this city kings and princes sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, they, and their princes, the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem: and this city shall remain for ever.
26 그리고 유다의 도시들로부터, 예루살렘 부근의 처소들로부터, 베냐민 지역으로부터, 평야로부터, 산들로부터, 남쪽으로부터 그들이 번제물들과 희생 제물들과 음식 제물들과 향을 가져올 것이요, 찬송의 희생 제물들을 주의 집으로 가져오리라.
26 And they shall come from the cities of Judah, and from the places about Jerusalem, and from the land of Benjamin, and from the plain, and from the mountains, and from the south, bringing burnt offerings, and sacrifices, and meat offerings, and incense, and bringing sacrifices of praise, unto the house of the LORD.
27 그러나 만일 너희가 안식일을 거룩하게 하고 짐을 짊어지지 말라는 나에게 경청하지 않으려 하고, 심지어 안식일에 예루살렘 대문들로 진입한다면, 그때 내가 그곳의 대문들 안에 불을 붙이겠으니, 그것이 예루살렘의 궁전들을 집어삼킬 것이요, 그것이 꺼지지 아니하리라.”
27 But if ye will not hearken unto me to hallow the sabbath day, and not to bear a burden, even entering in at the gates of Jerusalem on the sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched.
