스가랴 11장

1 오, 레바논아, 너의 문들을 열라. 이로써 불이 너의 백향목들을 집어삼키리라.

1 Open thy doors, O Lebanon, that the fire may devour thy cedars.

2 전나무야, 울부짖으라, 이는 그 백향목이 쓰러졌기 때문이요, 막강한 자들이 약탈당한 까닭이라. 오, 너희, 바샨의 상수리나무들아, 울부짖으라. 이는 포도 수확의 숲이 무너져 내렸기 때문이라.

2 Howl, fir tree; for the cedar is fallen; because the mighty are spoiled: howl, O ye oaks of Bashan; for the forest of the vintage is come down.

3 ¶ 목자들의 울부짖음의 음성이 있도다. 이는 그들의 영광이 약탈당하기 때문이라. 젊은 사자들의 포효하는 음성이 있도다. 이는 요르단의 교만이 약탈당하기 때문이라.

3 ¶ There is a voice of the howling of the shepherds; for their glory is spoiled: a voice of the roaring of young lions; for the pride of Jordan is spoiled.

4 주 나의 하나님께서 이같이 말씀하시니라. 도살자의 양 떼를 먹이라.

4 Thus saith the LORD my God; Feed the flock of the slaughter;

5 그들을 소유한 자들은 그들을 도살하면서도 스스로 유죄가 아니라고 고집하는도다. 그리고 그들을 파는 자들은 말하기를, “주께서 찬양받으시기를 바라노라. 이는 내가 부유하기 때문이라.” 하는도다. 그리하여 그들을 소유한 목자들은 그들을 동정하지 아니하는도다.

5 Whose possessors slay them, and hold themselves not guilty: and they that sell them say, Blessed be the LORD; for I am rich: and their own shepherds pity them not.

6 이는 내가 더 이상 그 지역의 거주자들을 동정하지 아니할 것이기 때문이라. 주가 말하노라. 그러나 보라, 내가 그 사람들을 모두 저마다 자기 이웃의 손안과 자기 왕의 손안에 넘기겠노라. 그런즉 저들이 그 지역을 칠 것이나, 내가 저들의 손에서 그들을 구출하지 아니하겠노라.

6 For I will no more pity the inhabitants of the land, saith the LORD: but, lo, I will deliver the men every one into his neighbour's hand, and into the hand of his king: and they shall smite the land, and out of their hand I will not deliver them.

7 그런즉 오, 양 떼의 가난한 자들아, 내가 도살자의 양 떼를 먹이겠으니, 바로 너희로다. 그리고 내가 나에게로 두 지팡이를 취하였도다. 한 지팡이는 내가 아름다움이라 불렀고 다른 지팡이는 내가 결속들이라 불렀노라. 그리고 나는 양 떼를 먹였도다.

7 And I will feed the flock of slaughter, even you, O poor of the flock. And I took unto me two staves; the one I called Beauty, and the other I called Bands; and I fed the flock.

8 또한 내가 한 달 만에 세 명의 목자들을 끊었으니, 나의 혼이 그들을 역겨워하였고 그들의 혼도 나를 혐오하였도다.

8 Three shepherds also I cut off in one month; and my soul lothed them, and their soul also abhorred me.

9 그때 내가 말하기를, “내가 너희를 먹이지 아니하겠노라. 이는 죽는 자는 죽게 하고 끊어지는 자는 끊어지게 하려 함이라. 그리고 나머지는 모두 저마다 다른 이의 살을 먹게 하라.” 하였도다.

9 Then said I, I will not feed you: that that dieth, let it die; and that that is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let the rest eat every one the flesh of another.

10 ¶ 그런 다음에 내가 나의 지팡이를 취하였으니, 바로 아름다움이요, 그것을 산산이 부러뜨렸노라. 이는 내가 친히 온 백성과 맺었던 나의 언약을 파기하려 함이라.

10 ¶ And I took my staff, even Beauty, and cut it asunder, that I might break my covenant which I had made with all the people.

11 그리하여 그것이 그날에 파기되었노라. 그렇게 하고 나자 나를 기다리던 양 떼의 그 가난한 자들은 그것이 주의 말씀이었다는 것을 알았도다.

11 And it was broken in that day: and so the poor of the flock that waited upon me knew that it was the word of the LORD.

12 그런즉 내가 그들에게 말하기를, “만일 너희가 좋게 생각하거든 나에게 나의 값을 달라. 그런데 만일 그렇지 아니하거든 관두라.” 하였도다. 그렇게 하여 그들은 나의 값으로 은화 삼십 개를 달아 주었도다.

12 And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver.

13 이후에 주께서 나에게 말씀하시기를, “그것을 그 토기장이에게 던지라. 곧, 내가 그들에게서 매겨졌던 훌륭한 값이로다.” 하였더라. 그런즉 나는 은화 삼십 개를 취하였고 그것들을 주의 집 안에 있는 토기장이에게 던졌도다.

13 And the LORD said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a goodly price that I was prised at of them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the LORD.

14 그때 나는 나의 다른 지팡이를 산산이 부러뜨렸으니, 바로 결속들이라. 이는 내가 유다와 이스라엘 사이의 형제애를 깨뜨리려 함이라.

14 Then I cut asunder mine other staff, even Bands, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.

15 ¶ 이후에 주께서 나에게 이같이 말씀하셨도다. “한 어리석은 목자의 도구들을 너에게 더 가져오라.

15 ¶ And the LORD said unto me, Take unto thee yet the instruments of a foolish shepherd.

16 이는 보라, 내가 한 목자를 그 지역에서 일으킬 것이기 때문이니, 그는 끊어진 자들을 방문하지 아니할 것이요, 어린 자를 찾지도 아니할 것이요, 상한 자를 치유하지도 아니할 것이요, 가만히 서 있는 자를 먹이지도 아니하리라. 오히려 그는 살진 것의 고기를 먹고 그들의 발톱들을 조각조각 뜯으리라.

16 For, lo, I will raise up a shepherd in the land, which shall not visit those that be cut off, neither shall seek the young one, nor heal that that is broken, nor feed that that standeth still: but he shall eat the flesh of the fat, and tear their claws in pieces.

17 그 양 떼를 버려두는 우상 목자에게 화가 있기를 바라노라! 칼이 그의 팔과 오른쪽 눈에 임하리라. 그의 팔은 깨끗이 말라 버릴 것이요, 그의 오른쪽 눈은 완전히 어두워지리라.”

17 Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.
