스가랴 2장

1 내가 다시금 나의 두 눈을 들어 바라보았더니, 자기 손에 한 측량줄을 가진 한 남자를 보니라.

1 I lifted up mine eyes again, and looked, and behold a man with a measuring line in his hand.

2 그때 내가 말하기를, “당신께서는 어디로 가시나이까?” 하였더라. 이에 그가 나에게 말하기를, “예루살렘을 측량하러 가는 것이요, 그곳의 너비가 얼마이며 그곳의 길이가 얼마인지 살펴보려 함이라.” 하였더라.

2 Then said I, Whither goest thou? And he said unto me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is the breadth thereof, and what is the length thereof.

3 그러고 나서 보라, 나와 대화하던 천사가 나아갔고 다른 천사가 그를 맞이하러 나갔더라.

3 And, behold, the angel that talked with me went forth, and another angel went out to meet him,

4 그리고 그에게 이같이 말하였더라. “달려가서 이 청년에게 고하여 이같이 말하라. ‘예루살렘은 거주하는 곳이 되리니, 그 안에 사람들과 가축들이 많으므로 성벽들이 없는 마을들같이 되리라.

4 And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein:

5 이는 내가 그녀에게 주위를 두른 불의 성벽이 될 것이요, 그녀의 한가운데서 영광이 될 것이기 때문이라. 주가 말하노라.

5 For I, saith the LORD, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.

6 ¶ 호, 호, 나오라. 그리고 북쪽 지역으로부터 도망하라. 주가 말하노라. 이는 내가 너희를 하늘의 네 바람들처럼 널리 퍼뜨렸기 때문이라. 주가 말하노라.

6 ¶ Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the LORD: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the LORD.

7 오, 바빌론의 딸과 함께 거하는 시온아, 너 자신을 구출하라.

7 Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon.

8 이는 만군의 주가 이같이 말하기 때문이라. 그 영광 후에 그분께서 너희를 약탈한 민족들에게 나를 보내셨도다. 이는 너희에게 손대는 자는 그분의 눈동자에 손대는 것이기 때문이라.

8 For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.

9 보라, 이는 내가 그들 위에 나의 손을 흔들 것이기 때문이니, 그들은 자신들의 종들에게 약탈물이 되리라. 그리하면 너희는 만군의 주께서 나를 보내신 것을 알게 되리라.

9 For, behold, I will shake mine hand upon them, and they shall be a spoil to their servants: and ye shall know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me.

10 ¶ 오, 시온의 딸아, 노래하고 크게 기뻐하라. 이는 보라, 내가 오기 때문이라. 그리하여 내가 너의 한가운데서 거하겠노라. 주가 말하노라.

10 ¶ Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the LORD.

11 그리고 그날에는 많은 민족들이 주께 연합하게 될 것이요, 나의 백성이 되리라. 그리고 내가 너의 한가운데서 거하겠노라. 그리하면 너는 만군의 주께서 나를 너에게로 보내신 것을 알게 되리라.

11 And many nations shall be joined to the LORD in that day, and shall be my people: and I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto thee.

12 그리고 그때 주께서 그 거룩한 지역에서 자신의 몫으로 유다를 상속하실 것이요, 다시금 예루살렘을 선택하시리라.

12 And the LORD shall inherit Judah his portion in the holy land, and shall choose Jerusalem again.

13 오, 모든 육체들아, 주 앞에 잠잠히 있으라. 이는 그분께서 자신의 거룩한 거처에서 일으켜지시기 때문이라.’”

13 Be silent, O all flesh, before the LORD: for he is raised up out of his holy habitation.
