스가랴 8장

1 다시금 만군의 주의 말씀이 나에게 임하였으니 이같이 말씀하셨느니라.

1 Again the word of the LORD of hosts came to me, saying,

2 “만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 내가 시온을 위하여 크나큰 질투로 질투하였으며, 내가 그녀를 위하여 크나큰 노여움으로 질투하였노라.

2 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; I was jealous for Zion with great jealousy, and I was jealous for her with great fury.

3 주가 이같이 말하노라. 내가 시온으로 되돌아왔으니, 예루살렘 한가운데서 거하겠노라. 그런즉 예루살렘은 진리의 도성이라 불릴 것이요, 만군의 주의 산은 거룩한 산이라 불리리라.

3 Thus saith the LORD; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the LORD of hosts the holy mountain.

4 만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 예루살렘의 거리들 안에는 여전히 나이 많은 남자들과 나이 많은 여자들이 거하리니, 각인이 나이가 아주 많아 그의 손에 자기 지팡이를 들리라.

4 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; There shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, and every man with his staff in his hand for very age.

5 그리고 그 도성의 거리들 안에서 노는 남자애들과 여자애들로 그곳의 거리들이 가득 차리라.

5 And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof.

6 만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 이날들에 그것이 이 백성의 남은 자들의 눈에 경탄스럽다한들 그것이 나의 눈들에도 경탄스럽겠느냐? 만군의 주가 말하노라.

6 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; If it be marvellous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days, should it also be marvellous in mine eyes? saith the LORD of hosts.

7 만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 보라, 내가 나의 백성을 동쪽 지방과 서쪽 지방으로부터 구원하겠노라.

7 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will save my people from the east country, and from the west country;

8 그리고 내가 그들을 데려가겠으니, 그들은 예루살렘 한가운데서 거하리라. 그리하여 그들은 나의 백성이 될 것이요, 나는 진리와 의 안에서 그들의 하나님이 되겠노라.

8 And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness.

9 ¶ 만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 성전이 건축되도록 만군의 주의 집의 기초가 놓인 날, 그날에 있었던 예언자들의 입을 통한 이 말씀들을 이날들에 듣는 너희여, 너희 손들은 강해질지어다.

9 ¶ Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Let your hands be strong, ye that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the LORD of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built.

10 이는 이날들 전에는 사람을 위한 품값이 전혀 없었고, 짐승을 위한 어떤 품값도 없었기 때문이라. 또한 고난으로 인하여 나가고 들어오는 자에게 어떤 화평도 없었도다. 이는 내가 모든 사람들이 각자 자기 이웃을 대적하도록 정하였기 때문이라.

10 For before these days there was no hire for man, nor any hire for beast; neither was there any peace to him that went out or came in because of the affliction: for I set all men every one against his neighbour.

11 그러나 이제는 이 백성 중 남아 있는 자들을 내가 이전 날들에서처럼 대하지 아니하겠노라. 만군의 주가 말하노라.

11 But now I will not be unto the residue of this people as in the former days, saith the LORD of hosts.

12 이는 씨가 번영할 것이요, 포도나무가 그녀의 열매를 낼 것이요, 경지가 그녀의 소산을 낼 것이요, 하늘들이 그것들의 이슬을 낼 것이기 때문이라. 그리하여 나는 이 백성의 남은 자들로 하여금 이 모든 것들을 소유하게 하겠노라.

12 For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.

13 오, 유다 집아, 또 이스라엘 집아, 그런즉 이러한 일이 있으리니, 너희가 이교도들 가운데서 저주가 되었듯이 내가 그렇게 너희를 구원하겠으며, 너희는 복이 되리라. 두려워하지 말라. 오히려 너희 손들은 강해질지어다.

13 And it shall come to pass, that as ye were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong.

14 이는 만군의 주가 이같이 말하기 때문이라. 만군의 주가 말하노라. 너희 조상들이 나에게 진노를 일으켰을 때 내가 너희에게 형벌을 내리기로 생각하였고 내가 돌이키지 아니하였듯이

14 For thus saith the LORD of hosts; As I thought to punish you, when your fathers provoked me to wrath, saith the LORD of hosts, and I repented not:

15 이처럼 이날들에는 내가 예루살렘과 유다 집에 잘해주리라고 다시 생각하였노라. 너희는 두려워하지 말라.

15 So again have I thought in these days to do well unto Jerusalem and to the house of Judah: fear ye not.

16 ¶ 너희가 행할 일들은 이러하니라. 너희는 모든 사람마다 자기 이웃에게 진리를 말하라. 너희 성문들에서 진리와 화평으로 재판을 집행하라.

16 ¶ These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates:

17 그리고 너희 중 아무도 너희 마음속으로 자기 이웃을 대적하여 악을 구상하지 말지어다. 그리고 거짓 맹세를 사랑하지 말지어다. 이 모든 것들이 내가 증오하는 것들이기 때문이라. 주가 말하노라.”

17 And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the LORD.

18 ¶ 그리고 만군의 주의 말씀이 나에게 임하였으니 이같이 말씀하셨느니라.

18 ¶ And the word of the LORD of hosts came unto me, saying,

19 “만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 넷째 달의 금식과 다섯째 달의 금식과 일곱째 달의 금식과 열째 달의 금식이 유다 집에 즐거움과 희열이 되고 생기를 주는 명절들이 되리라. 그러므로 진리와 화평을 사랑하라.

19 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; The fast of the fourth month, and the fast of the fifth, and the fast of the seventh, and the fast of the tenth, shall be to the house of Judah joy and gladness, and cheerful feasts; therefore love the truth and peace.

20 만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 앞으로 이러한 일이 있으리니, 백성과 많은 도시들의 거주자들이 거기로 오리라.

20 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities:

21 그리고 한 도시의 거주자들이 다른 도시로 가서 말하기를, ‘우리가 주 앞에서 기도하고 만군의 주를 찾으려 함이니, 신속하게 가자.’ 하고 ‘나도 가겠노라.’ 하리라.

21 And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also.

22 진정 많은 백성들과 강한 민족들이 오리니, 예루살렘에 계신 만군의 주를 찾고 주 앞에서 기도하려 함이라.

22 Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.

23 만군의 주가 이같이 말하노라. 그날들에는 이러한 일이 있으리니, 민족들의 모든 언어권들에서 열 사람이 나와서 붙잡으리니, 곧 유대인인 자의 옷자락을 붙들며 말하기를, ‘우리가 너희와 함께 가겠노라. 이는 우리가 하나님께서 너희와 함께 계시는 것을 들었기 때문이라.’ 하리라.”

23 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.
