고린도전서 6장
1 너희 중 감히 누가 다른 이와 대립하고 있는 어떤 문제를 가지고 성도들 앞이 아닌 불공정한 자들 앞에 가서 소송하느냐?
1 Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?
2 너희는 성도들이 세상을 판단하리라는 것을 모르느냐? 그런즉 세상이 너희에 의하여 판단받게 되는데 너희가 가장 작은 문제들도 판단할 역량이 없느냐?
2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
3 너희는 우리가 천사들을 판단하리라는 것을 모르느냐? 하물며 이생과 관계되는 것들은 얼마나 더하겠느냐?
3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
4 그러니 만일 너희가 이생과 관계된 것들에 대한 판단들을 한다면, 교회에서 가장 경히 여겨지는 자들을 세워 판단하게 하라.
4 If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.
5 나는 너희를 부끄럽게 하려고 말하는 것이라. 너희 가운데 지혜로운 사람이 한 명도 없다니, 정말 그러하냐? 자기 형제들 사이를 판단할 자가 없다니, 한 사람도 없느냐?
5 I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?
6 오히려 형제가 형제를 소송하는데 그것도 믿지 않는 자들 앞에서 하는도다.
6 But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers.
7 그러므로 이제 너희 가운데 전적으로 잘못이 있으니, 너희가 서로 소송하기 때문이라. 어찌하여 너희가 차라리 부당한 일을 당하지 않느냐? 어찌하여 너희는 차라리 너희 자신이 속임 당하여 빼앗기는 것을 감내하지 않느냐?
7 Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?
8 그렇게 하기는커녕 너희가 부당한 일을 행하고 속여서 빼앗으니, 그것도 너희 형제들에게 그리하는도다.
8 Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren.
9 불의한 자들은 하나님의 왕국을 상속받지 못하리라는 것을 너희가 모르느냐? 속지 말라. 음행하는 자들도, 우상 숭배자들도, 간음하는 자들도, 여자처럼 행세하는 자들도, 남자들과 더불어 자신을 욕되게 하는 자들도,
9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
10 도둑들도, 탐욕스러운 자들도, 술주정뱅이들도, 욕설하는 자들도, 착취하는 자들도 하나님의 왕국을 상속받지 못하리라.
10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
11 그런즉 너희 중 일부가 그러한 자들이었으나 우리 하나님의 영을 통하여 주 예수의 이름으로 너희가 씻겨졌고 너희가 성결하게 구별되었으며 너희가 정당함을 입증받았느니라.
11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
12 모든 것들이 나에게 합법적이나 모든 것들이 적합한 것은 아니니라. 모든 것들이 나에게 합법적이나 나는 어떤 것의 영향력 아래에도 놓이지 아니하리라.
12 All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.
13 음식들은 배를 위한 것이요, 배는 음식들을 위한 것이라. 그러나 하나님께서는 그것과 저것들 모두를 멸하시리라. 이제 몸은 음행을 위한 것이 아니라 오직 주를 위한 것이요, 주께서는 몸을 위하시느니라.
13 Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.
14 그런즉 하나님께서 주를 살리셨을 뿐만 아니라 그분 자신의 권능으로 우리 또한 살리시리라.
14 And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.
15 너희 몸들이 그리스도의 지체들인 것을 너희가 모르느냐? 그렇다면 내가 그리스도의 지체들을 취하여 그것들을 창녀의 지체들로 만들겠느냐? 하나님께서 금하시기를 바라노라.
15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.
16 무슨 소리냐? 창녀와 결합된 자는 한 몸인 것을 너희가 모르느냐? 이는 그분께서 말씀하시기를, “둘이 한 육체가 되리라.” 하시기 때문이라.
16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.
17 그러나 주와 결합된 자는 한 영이라.
17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.
18 음행을 피하라. 사람이 범하는 죄마다 몸 밖에 있느니라. 그러나 음행을 범하는 자는 그 자신의 몸을 대적하여 죄를 짓느니라.
18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
19 무슨 소리냐? 너희 몸이 너희 안에 계시는 성령님의 전, 곧 너희가 하나님께로부터 받은 성령님의 전인 것과 너희는 너희 자신의 것이 아니라는 것을 너희가 모르느냐?
19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20 이는 너희가 값을 치르고 산 바가 되었기 때문이라. 그러므로 너희의 몸과 너희의 영 안에서 하나님께 영광을 돌리라. 그것들은 하나님의 것이라.
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
