레위기 5장

1 그런데 만일 어떤 혼이 죄를 지으면, 곧 그가 보았든지 그것에 관하여 알았든지 간에 맹세하는 음성을 들어 한 증인이 되는 경우, 만일 그가 그것을 발설하지 아니하면, 그때 그는 그의 죄악을 담당할지니라.

1 And if a soul sin, and hear the voice of swearing, and is a witness, whether he hath seen or known of it; if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.

2 혹은 만일 어떤 혼이 불결한 어떤 것들을 만졌다면 그것이 불결한 짐승의 사체든지, 불결한 가축들의 사체든지, 기어다니는 불결한 것들의 사체든지 간에 비록 그것이 그에게 감추어졌다 해도, 그 역시 불결해지고 유죄가 되리라.

2 Or if a soul touch any unclean thing, whether it be a carcase of an unclean beast, or a carcase of unclean cattle, or the carcase of unclean creeping things, and if it be hidden from him; he also shall be unclean, and guilty.

3 혹은 만일 그가 사람의 불결함을 만진다면 그것이 어떤 불결함이든지 간에, 사람이 그것으로 더럽혀지고 그것이 그에게서 감추어졌다고 해도, 그가 그것에 관하여 알게 되는 그때에 그가 유죄가 되리라.

3 Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness it be that a man shall be defiled withal, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty.

4 혹은 만일 어떤 혼이 그의 입술로 악을 행하거나 선을 행하겠다고 발표하면서 맹세하면, 사람이 맹세로 발표한 것이 무엇이든지 간에 그것이 그에게서 감추어졌다고 해도, 그가 그것에 관하여 알게 되는 그때에 그가 이런 것들 중 하나에서 유죄가 되리라.

4 Or if a soul swear, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these.

5 그리고 그가 이런 것들 중 하나에서 유죄가 될 때 이러한 일이 일어나야 하리니, 그는 자신이 그 일에 있어 죄를 지었다고 자백할지니라.

5 And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that he hath sinned in that thing:

6 그런 다음에 그는 자신이 저지른 자신의 죄로 인하여 주께 그의 범법 제물을 가져올지니, 양이나 염소 떼에서 취한 암컷 한 마리로 어린양 한 마리나 염소들 중에서 취한 새끼 염소 한 마리를 죄 제물로 가져올지니라. 그런 다음에 제사장은 그의 죄에 관해 그를 위하여 속죄를 이행할지니라.

6 And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin.

7 그런데 만일 그가 어린양 한 마리를 가져올 수 없다면 그때 그는 자신이 저지른 자신의 범법으로 인하여 산비둘기 두 마리나 집비둘기 새끼 두 마리를 주께 가져올지니, 한 마리를 죄 제물로 삼고 다른 한 마리는 번제물로 삼을지니라.

7 And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

8 그런즉 그는 그것들을 제사장에게 가져올지니라. 제사장은 먼저 죄 제물로 삼은 것을 바칠지니, 그의 머리를 그의 목에서 비틀어 끊으나 그것을 두 동강 내지는 말지니라.

8 And he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and wring off his head from his neck, but shall not divide it asunder:

9 그러고 나서 그는 그 죄 제물의 피를 제단의 측면 위에 뿌릴지니라. 그리고 그 피의 나머지는 제단 바닥에 짜내져야 하느니라. 그것은 죄 제물이라.

9 And he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin offering upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar: it is a sin offering.

10 그런 다음에 그는 그 방식대로 두 번째 것을 번제물로 바칠지니라. 그런 다음에 제사장은 그가 저지른 그의 죄로 인하여 그를 위한 속죄를 이행할지니라. 그리하면 그것이 그에게서 용서되리라.

10 And he shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the manner: and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.

11 ¶ 그러나 만일 그가 산비둘기 두 마리나 집비둘기 새끼 두 마리를 가져올 수 없다면 그때는 죄를 지은 자가 죄 제물로서 고운 곡물 가루 일 에파 중 십분의 일을 자신의 제물로 가져올지니라. 그는 그것 위에 기름을 바르지 말지니, 그는 어떤 유향도 그 위에 놓지 말지니라. 이는 그것이 죄 제물이기 때문이라.

11 ¶ But if he be not able to bring two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his offering the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall put no oil upon it, neither shall he put any frankincense thereon: for it is a sin offering.

12 그때 그는 그것을 제사장에게 가져올 것이요, 제사장은 그것에서 자기 손으로 한 줌을 취할지니, 곧 그것의 기념물이라. 그리고 그것을 불로써 드려지는 제물들에 따라 주께 제단 위에서 태울지니라. 그것은 죄 제물이라.

12 Then shall he bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it, even a memorial thereof, and burn it on the altar, according to the offerings made by fire unto the LORD: it is a sin offering.

13 그런 다음에 제사장은 그가 이런 것들 중 하나에 대해서 저지른 그의 죄와 관련하여 그를 위한 속죄를 이행할지니라. 그리하면 그것이 그에게서 용서되리라. 그리고 남은 것은 음식 제물같이 제사장의 것이 되리라.’”

13 And the priest shall make an atonement for him as touching his sin that he hath sinned in one of these, and it shall be forgiven him: and the remnant shall be the priest's, as a meat offering.

14 ¶ 그리고 주께서 모세에게 이같이 일러 말씀하셨느니라.

14 ¶ And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

15 “만일 어떤 혼이 범법을 저지르고 무지함으로 주의 거룩한 것들에 대하여 죄를 짓는다면, 그때 그는 자신의 범법으로 인하여 양 떼들 중에서 흠 없는 숫양 한 마리를 범법 제물로 주께 가져올지니, 성소의 셰켈에 따라 은 셰켈들로 너의 감정액과 함께 가져올지니라.

15 If a soul commit a trespass, and sin through ignorance, in the holy things of the LORD; then he shall bring for his trespass unto the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flocks, with thy estimation by shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering:

16 그러고 나서 그는 자신이 그 거룩한 것에 끼친 피해에 대한 변제들을 이행할지니, 거기에 오분의 일을 더하여 그것을 제사장에게 줄지니라. 그런 다음에 제사장은 그 범법 제물의 숫양으로 그를 위한 속죄를 이행할지니라. 그리하면 그것이 그에게서 용서되리라.

16 And he shall make amends for the harm that he hath done in the holy thing, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and it shall be forgiven him.

17 ¶ 다음으로 만일 어떤 혼이 죄를 지으면, 곧 주의 명령들에 의하여 이행되는 것이 금지된 이런 것들 중 어떤 것이라도 범한다면, 비록 그가 그것을 알아차리지 못하였다 해도 여전히 그는 유죄니, 자기 죄악을 담당할지니라.

17 ¶ And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD; though he wist it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.

18 그런즉 그는 양 떼에서 흠 없는 숫양 한 마리를 범법 제물로 너의 감정액과 함께 제사장에게 가져올지니라. 그런 다음에 제사장은 그가 잘못하고도 그것을 알아차리지 못한 그의 무지함에 관하여 그를 위한 속죄를 이행할지니라. 그리하면 그것이 그에게서 용서되리라.

18 And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, with thy estimation, for a trespass offering, unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his ignorance wherein he erred and wist it not, and it shall be forgiven him.

19 그것은 범법 제물이라. 그는 틀림없이 주를 대적하여 범법하였느니라.”

19 It is a trespass offering: he hath certainly trespassed against the LORD.
