호세아 6장

1 오라, 우리가 주께로 되돌아가자. 이는 그분께서 찢으셨으나 그분께서 우리를 치유하실 것이요, 그분께서 치셨으나 그분께서 우리를 싸매 주실 것이기 때문이라.

1 Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.

2 이틀 뒤에는 그분께서 우리를 다시 살리시리라. 셋째 날에는 그분께서 우리를 일으키시리니 우리가 그분의 목전에서 살게 되리라.

2 After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.

3 만일 우리가 주를 알려고 뒤따라간다면 그때 우리는 알게 되리라. 그분의 나아가심이 아침같이 예비되는도다. 그분께서 비같이 우리에게 오시리니, 땅에 내리는 나중 비와 앞선 비같이 오시리라.

3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

4 ¶ 오, 에프라임아, 내가 너를 어떻게 하랴? 오, 유다야, 내가 너를 어떻게 하랴? 이는 너희의 선함이 아침 구름 같고, 그것이 새벽 이슬같이 사라져 버리기 때문이라.

4 ¶ O Ephraim, what shall I do unto thee? O Judah, what shall I do unto thee? for your goodness is as a morning cloud, and as the early dew it goeth away.

5 그러므로 내가 예언자들을 통하여 그들을 절단하였도다. 내가 나의 입의 말들로 그들을 살해하였도다. 그리고 너에 대한 심판들은 뻗어 나가는 빛과 같으니라.

5 Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth: and thy judgments are as the light that goeth forth.

6 이는 내가 자비를 바라고 희생 제물을 바라지 아니하였기 때문이라. 또한 하나님의 지식을 번제물들보다 더 바랐노라.

6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.

7 그러나 그들은 사람들처럼 언약을 위반하였도다. 거기서 그들이 나를 대적하여 배신하였도다.

7 But they like men have transgressed the covenant: there have they dealt treacherously against me.

8 길르앗은 죄악을 조장하는 자들의 도시요, 피로 오염되어 있도다.

8 Gilead is a city of them that work iniquity, and is polluted with blood.

9 그리고 사람을 노리고 있는 강도떼들처럼 그와 같이 제사장들의 집단이 의견을 모아 길 가운데서 살인하는도다. 이는 그들이 음란한 짓을 저지르기 때문이라.

9 And as troops of robbers wait for a man, so the company of priests murder in the way by consent: for they commit lewdness.

10 내가 이스라엘 집 안에서 끔찍한 일을 목격하였도다. 거기에 에프라임의 행음이 있으며, 이스라엘은 더럽혀졌도다.

10 I have seen an horrible thing in the house of Israel: there is the whoredom of Ephraim, Israel is defiled.

11 오, 유다야, 또한 내가 나의 백성의 포로들을 다시 돌려보낼 때 그가 너를 위하여 한 수확을 정하였노라.

11 Also, O Judah, he hath set an harvest for thee, when I returned the captivity of my people.
