에스겔서 10장

1 그때 내가 보았더니, 보라, 그룹들의 머리 위에 있던 궁창 속에 흡사 사파이어 광석 같은 것이 그들 위로 나타났는데 마치 보좌와 같은 모습의 모양 같았더라.

1 Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament that was above the head of the cherubims there appeared over them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.

2 그리고 그분께서 아마포로 옷 입혀진 사람에게 일러 말씀하시기를, “바퀴들 사이, 곧 그룹 아래로 들어가라. 그런 다음에 너의 손을 그룹들 사이에서 나오는 숯불들로 채워서 그것들을 그 도성 위에 흩뿌리라.” 하셨느니라. 그러자 그가 나의 목전에서 들어갔더라.

2 And he spake unto the man clothed with linen, and said, Go in between the wheels, even under the cherub, and fill thine hand with coals of fire from between the cherubims, and scatter them over the city. And he went in in my sight.

3 이제 그 사람이 들어갔을 때 그룹들은 그 집의 오른편에 섰더라. 그러자 구름이 안뜰에 가득하였더라.

3 Now the cherubims stood on the right side of the house, when the man went in; and the cloud filled the inner court.

4 그때 주의 영광이 그룹을 떠나 올라갔고 그 집의 문지방 위에 서 있더라. 그러자 그 집이 구름으로 가득 채워졌고 뜰은 주의 영광의 광채로 충만하였더라.

4 Then the glory of the LORD went up from the cherub, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the LORD'S glory.

5 그리고 그룹들의 날개들의 소리가 바깥뜰에서까지 들려왔는데, 마치 전능하신 하나님께서 친히 말씀하실 때의 음성과 같았더라.

5 And the sound of the cherubims' wings was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of the Almighty God when he speaketh.

6 그리고 이러한 일이 있었으니, 그분께서 아마포로 옷 입혀진 사람에게 명령하며 말씀하시기를, “바퀴들 사이에서부터, 그룹들 사이에서부터 불을 취하라.” 하셨느니라. 그때 그가 들어가서 바퀴들 옆에 섰더라.

6 And it came to pass, that when he had commanded the man clothed with linen, saying, Take fire from between the wheels, from between the cherubims; then he went in, and stood beside the wheels.

7 그리고 한 그룹이 그룹들 사이로부터 그의 손을 앞으로 뻗었으니, 그룹들 사이에 있었던 불에 닿았더라. 그런 다음에 그것의 일부를 취하였고 그것을 아마포로 옷 입혀진 자의 두 손에 두었더라. 그가 그것을 취한 다음에 나갔더라.

7 And one cherub stretched forth his hand from between the cherubims unto the fire that was between the cherubims, and took thereof, and put it into the hands of him that was clothed with linen: who took it, and went out.

8 ¶ 그리고 그룹들의 가운데서 그들의 날개들 아래에 있던 사람의 손의 형체가 나타났더라.

8 ¶ And there appeared in the cherubims the form of a man's hand under their wings.

9 그리하여 내가 바라보았을 때, 보라, 그룹들 옆에 네 개의 바퀴들이 있었는데 한 바퀴는 한 그룹 옆에, 또 다른 바퀴는 또 다른 그룹 옆에 있더라. 그리고 그 바퀴들의 모양은 마치 녹주석 광석의 색깔과 같더라.

9 And when I looked, behold the four wheels by the cherubims, one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub: and the appearance of the wheels was as the colour of a beryl stone.

10 그리고 그들의 모양으로 말하자면, 그들 넷이 하나의 생김새를 가졌는데, 마치 바퀴의 중심에 바퀴가 있는 것과 같았더라.

10 And as for their appearances, they four had one likeness, as if a wheel had been in the midst of a wheel.

11 그들이 갔을 때, 그들은 자신들의 네 측면들 위에서 갔더라. 그들이 가는 동안에 그들은 돌지 않았더라. 다만 그들은 머리를 따라갔으니, 그 머리가 바라보는 곳으로 향하였더라. 그들이 가는 동안에 그들은 돌지 않았더라.

11 When they went, they went upon their four sides; they turned not as they went, but to the place whither the head looked they followed it; they turned not as they went.

12 그리고 그들의 전신과 그들의 등과 그들의 손과 그들의 날개들과 그들의 바퀴들은 둘레에 눈들이 가득하였으니, 곧 그들 넷이 소유한 바퀴들이더라.

12 And their whole body, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes round about, even the wheels that they four had.

13 바퀴들로 말하자면, 내가 듣는 데서 그들에게 외치는 말이 있었으니, “오, 바퀴여.” 하였더라.

13 As for the wheels, it was cried unto them in my hearing, O wheel.

14 그리고 각기 모두 네 가지 얼굴들을 가졌더라. 첫 번째 얼굴은 그룹의 얼굴이었고, 두 번째 얼굴은 사람의 얼굴이었으며, 세 번째 얼굴은 사자의 얼굴이었고, 네 번째 얼굴은 독수리의 얼굴이었더라.

14 And every one had four faces: the first face was the face of a cherub, and the second face was the face of a man, and the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.

15 이후에 그룹들이 위로 들렸더라. 이것이 내가 크발강 가에서 보았던 살아 있는 창조물이더라.

15 And the cherubims were lifted up. This is the living creature that I saw by the river of Chebar.

16 그리고 그룹들이 갈 때면 그 바퀴들도 그들 옆에서 갔더라. 또 그룹들이 자신들의 날개들을 들어 올려서 땅에서 위로 상승할 때면 동일한 바퀴들도 그들 옆에서부터 돌지 않았더라.

16 And when the cherubims went, the wheels went by them: and when the cherubims lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the same wheels also turned not from beside them.

17 그들이 설 때면 이들도 섰더라. 그리고 그들이 위로 들릴 때면 이들도 자신의 몸체들을 들어 올렸더라. 이는 그 살아 있는 창조물의 영이 바퀴들 안에 있었기 때문이라.

17 When they stood, these stood; and when they were lifted up, these lifted up themselves also: for the spirit of the living creature was in them.

18 그때 주의 영광이 그 집의 문지방에서 떠났고 그룹들 위에 서 있었더라.

18 Then the glory of the LORD departed from off the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubims.

19 그리고 그룹들이 자신들의 날개들을 들어 올렸고 나의 목전에서 땅에서 위로 상승하였더라. 그들이 나갈 때면 바퀴들도 그들 옆에 있었고, 모두가 저마다 주의 집의 동쪽 대문의 문에 섰더라. 이윽고 이스라엘의 하나님의 영광이 위에서 그들을 덮었더라.

19 And the cherubims lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight: when they went out, the wheels also were beside them, and every one stood at the door of the east gate of the LORD'S house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.

20 내가 크발강 가에서 이스라엘의 하나님 아래에서 보았던 살아 있는 창조물이 이러하니라. 그리고 나는 그들이 그룹들이었음을 알았노라.

20 This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river of Chebar; and I knew that they were the cherubims.

21 모두가 저마다 각기 네 개의 얼굴들을 가졌고, 모두가 저마다 네 개의 날개들이 있더라. 그리고 사람의 손들과 같은 모습이 그들의 날개들 아래에 있었더라.

21 Every one had four faces apiece, and every one four wings; and the likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.

22 그리고 그들의 얼굴들의 생김새는 내가 크발강 가에서 목격한 바로 그 얼굴들이었으니, 그들의 모양들과 본체도 그러하였더라. 그들은 모두 저마다 앞으로 직진하였더라.

22 And the likeness of their faces was the same faces which I saw by the river of Chebar, their appearances and themselves: they went every one straight forward.
