이사야서 35:1

1 광야와 고립된 곳이 그것들을 반기리라. 또 사막이 크게 기뻐하며 장미같이 피어나리라.

1 The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.

이사야서 35:2

2 그것이 무성하게 피어나고, 심지어 즐거움과 노래함으로 크게 기뻐하리라. 레바논의 영광이 그것에 주어지리니, 칼멜과 샤론의 탁월함도 그러하리라. 그들이 주의 영광을 보리니, 우리 하나님의 탁월하심을 보리라.

2 It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the LORD, and the excellency of our God.

이사야서 35:3

3 ¶ 너희는 약한 손들을 강하게 하고, 나약한 무릎들을 굳건하게 하라.

3 ¶ Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.

이사야서 35:4

4 두려워하는 마음이 있는 자들에게 말하기를, “강건하라. 두려워하지 말라. 보라, 너의 하나님께서 복수하러 오실 것이니, 곧 되갚으시는 하나님이시라. 그분께서 오시어 너희를 구원하시리라.” 하라.

4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.

이사야서 35:5

5 그때 눈먼 자들의 눈이 열릴 것이요, 귀먹은 자들의 귀가 뚫리리라.

5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

이사야서 35:6

6 그때 절뚝거리는 사람이 수사슴같이 뛸 것이요, 말 못 하는 자의 혀가 노래하리라. 이는 광야 가운데서 물들이 터져 나올 것이요, 사막 가운데서 개울들이 터져 나올 것이기 때문이라.

6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

이사야서 35:7

7 그리고 바싹 마른 토양이 저수지가 되고 물 없는 토지가 물이 솟는 샘들이 되리라. 용들이 각각 누워 있던 거처에는 풀이 갈대들과 골풀들과 함께 있으리라.

7 And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.

이사야서 35:8

8 그리고 한 대로가 거기에 있을 것이요, 한 길이 있으리니, 그것은 ‘거룩함의 길’이라 불리리라. 불결한 자들은 그 길을 통과하지 못하리라. 그러나 그 길은 저들을 위하여 있으리니, 그 길을 걸어가는 여행자들은 어리석은 자들이라 할지라도 그 안에서 벗어나 잘못을 범하지 아니하리라.

8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

이사야서 35:9

9 거기에는 사자도 없을 것이요, 탐욕스럽게 삼키는 어떤 짐승도 그 길로 올라가지 아니하리니, 그것은 거기에서 발견되지 아니하리라. 오직 구속받은 자들만 거기서 걸어가리라.

9 No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:

이사야서 35:10

10 그리고 주께 속량받은 자들이 되돌아올 것이요, 시온으로 오리니, 노래들과 그들의 머리 위에 있는 영원한 즐거움이 함께하리라. 그들은 즐거움과 희열을 얻어 낼 것이요, 슬픔과 탄식은 달아나리라.

10 And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
