이사야서 45장

1 주가 그의 기름 부음 받은 자에게, 곧 키루스에게 이같이 말하노라. 내가 그의 오른손을 붙들어서 민족들이 그의 앞에 굴복하게 하였도다. 그리고 내가 왕들의 허리를 풀어 문짝이 둘인 성문들을 그 앞에서 열게 하겠으니, 그 성문들은 닫히지 아니하리라.

1 Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;

2 내가 너의 앞에 가고 구부러진 곳들을 곧게 하겠노라. 내가 놋 대문들을 산산조각으로 부수고 철 빗장들을 산산이 잘라내리라.

2 I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:

3 그리고 내가 너에게 어둠의 보물들과 비밀스러운 곳들에 숨겨진 재물들을 주겠노라. 이는 너의 이름으로 너를 부르는 나, 주가 이스라엘의 하나님이라는 것을 너로 하여금 알게 하려 함이라.

3 And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.

4 나의 종 야곱이요, 나의 택함받은 이스라엘을 위하여 바로 내가 너의 이름으로 너를 불렀나니, 네가 나를 몰랐을지라도 내가 너에게 이명을 붙여 주었노라.

4 For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.

5 ¶ 나는 주요, 다른 이가 아무도 없으며, 나 외에 다른 하나님은 전혀 없느니라. 네가 나를 몰랐을지라도 나는 너에게 띠를 둘러 주었노라.

5 ¶ I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:

6 이것은 그들이 해가 떠오르는 곳으로부터, 또 서쪽으로부터 나 외에 다른 이가 아무도 없다는 것을 알게 하려 함이라. 나는 주요, 다른 이가 아무도 없느니라.

6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else.

7 나는 빛도 형성하고 어둠도 창조하노라. 나는 평안도 만들고 해악도 창조하노라. 나, 주가 이 모든 것들을 행하는도다.

7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

8 너희, 하늘들아, 위로부터 의를 떨어뜨리라. 그리고 창공들은 의를 아래로 쏟아부을지어다. 땅은 열릴지니, 그것들은 구원을 가져오게 할지어다. 그리고 의가 함께 솟아날지어다. 나, 주가 그것을 창조하였노라.

8 Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it.

9 자신을 만드신 분과 분쟁하는 자에게 화가 있기를 바라노라! 질그릇 조각은 땅의 질그릇 조각들과 분쟁할지어다. 진흙이 그것을 빚는 자에게 말하기를, “너는 무엇을 만드는가?” 하겠느냐? 또는 너의 작업물이 “그는 두 손이 없도다.” 하겠느냐?

9 Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?

10 자기 아버지에게 말하기를, “당신은 무엇을 낳았나이까?” 하는 자에게, 또는 여자에게 말하기를, “당신은 무엇을 낳았나이까?” 하는 자에게 화가 있기를 바라노라.

10 Woe unto him that saith unto his father, What begettest thou? or to the woman, What hast thou brought forth?

11 이스라엘의 거룩한 이요, 그를 만든 이인 주가 이같이 말하노라. 너희는 나의 아들들에 관하여 장차 일어날 것들을 나에게 묻고 나의 두 손이 할 일을 나에게 명하라.

11 Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.

12 내가 땅을 만들었고 그것 위에 사람을 창조하였노라. 나, 바로 나의 두 손이 하늘들을 펼쳤으며 나는 그것들의 모든 군대에게 명령하였도다.

12 I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.

13 내가 의 안에서 그를 일으켜 세웠으니, 내가 그의 모든 길들을 인도하겠노라. 그는 나의 도시를 건설할 것이요, 값이나 보상 없이 나의 포로들을 가게 하리라. 만군의 주가 말하노라.

13 I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith the LORD of hosts.

14 주가 이같이 말하노라. 이집트의 수고와, 에티오피아의 상품과, 장신의 남자들인 사베인들의 상품이 너에게 넘어오리라. 그리하면 그것들은 너의 것이 되리라. 그들은 너의 뒤를 따라오리라. 그들은 사슬들에 묶인 채 넘어올 것이요, 그들은 너에게 엎드릴 것이요, 그들은 너에게 간구하며 말하기를, “과연 하나님께서 당신 안에 계시나니, 다른 이는 아무도 없으며, 다른 하나님이 전혀 없나이다.” 하리라.

14 Thus saith the LORD, The labour of Egypt, and merchandise of Ethiopia and of the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over unto thee, and they shall be thine: they shall come after thee; in chains they shall come over, and they shall fall down unto thee, they shall make supplication unto thee, saying, Surely God is in thee; and there is none else, there is no God.

15 오, 구원자이신 이스라엘의 하나님이여, 진실로 당신께서는 스스로를 숨기시는 한 하나님이시니이다.

15 Verily thou art a God that hidest thyself, O God of Israel, the Saviour.

16 그들은 부끄러워할 것이요, 또한 당황하리니, 그들 모두가 그러하리라. 우상들을 만드는 자들은 다같이 혼란을 향해 가리라.

16 They shall be ashamed, and also confounded, all of them: they shall go to confusion together that are makers of idols.

17 그러나 이스라엘은 영원한 구원으로 주 안에서 구원받으리라. 너희는 부끄러워하지 아니할 것이요, 끝 없는 세상에서 당황하지도 아니하리라.

17 But Israel shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.

18 이는 하늘들을 창조한 주, 곧 땅을 조성하고 그것을 만든 하나님이 친히 이같이 말하기 때문이라. 그가 땅을 확고히 세웠도다. 그는 땅을 헛되이 창조하지 아니하였노라. 그는 땅을 거주하는 곳으로 형성하였도다. 나는 주요, 다른 이가 아무도 없느니라.

18 For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else.

19 나는 땅의 어떤 어두운 곳 안에서 비밀스럽게 말하지 아니하였노라. 나는 야곱의 씨에게 말하기를, “너희는 나를 헛되이 찾으라.” 하지 아니하였도다. 나, 주는 의를 말하노라. 나는 옳은 것들을 선언하는도다.

19 I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.

20 ¶ 너희끼리 결집하여 나아오라. 민족들에게서 탈출한 너희여, 다 함께 가까이 다가오라. 자신들의 조각된 형상의 목재를 세워 올리며, 구원할 수도 없는 신에게 기도하는 자들은 지식이 없도다.

20 ¶ Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save.

21 너희는 알려서 그들을 가까이 데려오라. 진정 그들로 하여금 함께 상의하게 하라. 누가 먼 옛적부터 이것을 선언하여 왔느냐? 누가 그때부터 이것을 알려 왔느냐? 나, 주가 한 것이 아니냐? 그런즉 나 외에 다른 하나님은 전혀 없느니라. 정의로운 한 하나님, 곧 한 구원자인 나 외에 다른 이는 아무도 없느니라.

21 Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.

22 땅의 모든 끝들아, 나를 바라보고 너희는 구원을 받으라. 이는 내가 하나님이요, 다른 이는 아무도 없기 때문이라.

22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.

23 나는 나를 두고 맹세하였노라. 그 말이 나의 입에서 의 가운데 나갔으니, 되돌아오지 아니하리라. 이는 모든 무릎마다 나에게 꿇게 하려 함이요, 모든 혀마다 나에게 맹세하게 하려 함이라.

23 I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

24 과연 한 사람이 말하기를, “내가 주 안에서 의와 힘을 지녔노라. 사람들이 바로 그분께 올 것이요, 그분을 대적하여 노한 자들은 모두 부끄러워하리라.” 할 것이라.

24 Surely, shall one say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.

25 이스라엘의 모든 씨는 주 안에서 정당함이 입증될 것이요, 자랑할 것이라.

25 In the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.
