<아삽의 시편>
<A Psalm of Asaph.>
1 막강하신 하나님, 곧 주께서 말씀하셨고, 해 뜨는 데부터 해 지는 데까지 땅을 부르셨도다.
1 The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
2 하나님께서는 아름다움의 완전함인 시온으로부터 빛을 발산하셨도다.
2 Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.
3 우리 하나님께서 오실 것이요, 잠잠하지 아니하시리라. 불이 그분 앞에서 집어삼킬 것이요, 그것이 그분 주위에서 몹시 광포하게 되리라.
3 Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.
4 그분께서 자신의 백성을 재판하시려고 친히 위로부터 하늘들에 외치실 것이요, 또 땅에 외치시리라.
4 He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people.
5 “나의 성도들, 곧 나와 희생 제물로 언약을 맺은 자들을 나에게로 함께 모으라.
5 Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.
6 그리하면 하늘들은 그의 의를 선언하리라. 이는 하나님이 친히 심판자이시기 때문이라. 셀라.
6 And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is judge himself. Selah.
7 오, 나의 백성아, 들으라. 그리하면 내가 이야기하겠노라. 오, 이스라엘아, 그리하면 내가 너를 대적하여 증언하겠노라. 나는 하나님이니, 바로 너의 하나님이로다.
7 Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God.
8 나는 지속적으로 내 앞에 있었던 너의 희생 제물들이나 너의 번제물들로 인하여 너를 책망하지 아니하겠노라.
8 I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me.
9 내가 너의 집에서 나온 어떤 수송아지도 취하지 아니하겠으며, 너의 우리들에서 나온 숫염소들도 그리하겠노라.
9 I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he goats out of thy folds.
10 이는 숲에 있는 각각의 모든 짐승과, 일천 개의 언덕 위에 있는 가축이 내 것이기 때문이라.
10 For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.
11 내가 산들의 모든 날짐승들을 아노라. 또 들의 야생 짐승들도 내 것이라.
11 I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine.
12 설령 내가 굶주린다 할지라도 나는 너에게 알리지 아니하리라. 이는 세상과 그곳에 가득한 것이 내 것이기 때문이라.
12 If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.
13 내가 황소들의 고기를 먹겠느냐, 아니면 염소들의 피를 마시겠느냐?
13 Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?
14 하나님께 드리는 감사들을 바치라. 또 지극히 높은 이에게 너의 서원들을 갚으라.
14 Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High:
15 그리고 곤경의 날에 나를 부르라. 내가 너를 구출하겠고, 너는 나를 영화롭게 하리라.
15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
16 그러나 사악한 자에게는 하나님께서 이같이 말씀하시니라. ‘네가 무슨 상관이 있기에 나의 규례들을 선언하느냐? 아니면 네가 무슨 상관이 있기에 네가 나의 언약을 너의 입안에 두겠느냐?
16 But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth?
17 네가 훈계를 증오하고 나의 말들을 너의 뒤로 던지는 것으로 보아 아무 상관이 없도다.
17 Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my words behind thee.
18 네가 어떤 도둑을 볼 때면 그때 너는 그에게 동조하였고, 간음하는 자들에게 동참자가 되었도다.
18 When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers.
19 너는 너의 입을 악에다 내주고 너의 혀로 속임수를 꾸미는도다.
19 Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit.
20 너는 앉아서 너의 형제를 거슬러 말하는도다. 너는 너의 친어머니의 아들을 중상하는도다.
20 Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother's son.
21 이러한 것들을 네가 행하였어도 내가 잠잠하였더니, 너는 내가 전적으로 너와 같은 이라고 생각하였도다. 그러나 나는 너를 책망할 것이요, 너의 두 눈앞에 그것들을 정연하게 늘어놓겠노라.
21 These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes.
22 하나님을 잊어버리는 너희여, 이제 이것을 숙고하라. 이는 내가 너희를 갈가리 찢어 구출할 자가 아무도 없을까 함이라.
22 Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.
23 찬송을 바치는 자는 누구나 나를 영화롭게 하느니라. 그리고 자신의 생활 방식을 바로잡는 자에게 내가 하나님의 구원을 보이겠노라.’”
23 Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.
