시편 104편

1 오, 나의 혼아, 주를 찬양하라. 오, 주 나의 하나님이여, 당신께서는 몹시 위대하시나이다. 당신께서는 존귀와 존엄으로 옷 입혀지시나이다.

1 Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.

2 당신께서는 의복으로 덮는 것같이 빛으로 자신을 덮으시는 분이요, 하늘들을 가림막처럼 펼치시는 분이요,

2 Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:

3 물들 가운데 자신의 방실들의 들보들을 놓으시는 분이요, 구름들로 자신의 병거를 만드시는 분이요, 바람의 날개들 위에서 거니시는 분이요,

3 Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:

4 자신의 천사들을 영들로, 자신의 사역자들을 불꽃으로 삼으시는 분이요,

4 Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:

5 땅의 기초들을 놓으시어 그것이 영원토록 움직여지지 않도록 하시는 분이시니이다.

5 Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.

6 당신께서 의복으로 덮는 것같이 깊음으로 땅을 덮으셨나니, 물들이 산들 위에 섰나이다.

6 Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.

7 당신의 꾸짖음에 그것들이 도망하였나이다. 당신의 천둥의 음성에 그것들이 서둘러 물러갔나이다.

7 At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.

8 그것들이 산들을 따라 올라가나이다. 그것들이 당신께서 그것들을 위하여 기초를 놓으신 장소까지 골짜기들을 따라 내려가나이다.

8 They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them.

9 당신께서 그것들이 넘어오지 못하도록 범위를 설정하셨나이다. 이는 그것들이 다시 돌아와 땅을 덮지 못하게 하려 하심이니이다.

9 Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.

10 그분께서 골짜기들 속으로 샘들을 보내시나니, 그것들이 언덕들 사이로 흐르는도다.

10 He sendeth the springs into the valleys, which run among the hills.

11 그것들이 모든 들짐승에게 저마다 마실 것을 주므로 야생 나귀들이 자신들의 갈증을 해소하는도다.

11 They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.

12 하늘의 날짐승들도 그것들 곁에 자신들의 거처를 마련하면서 가지들 사이에서 노래하는도다.

12 By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches.

13 그분께서 자신의 방실들에서부터 언덕들에 물을 주시니, 땅이 당신의 역사들의 열매로 만족하나이다.

13 He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.

14 그분께서 가축들이 먹을 풀과 사람의 쓰임을 위한 채소를 자라게 하시는도다. 이는 그분께서 땅에서 양식을 내려 하심이라.

14 He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;

15 그리고 사람의 마음을 흡족하게 하는 포도즙과, 그의 얼굴을 빛나게 하는 기름과, 사람의 마음에 힘을 주는 빵을 내려 하심이라.

15 And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man's heart.

16 주의 나무들은 수액이 가득하나니, 레바논의 백향목들도 그분께서 심으신 것이라.

16 The trees of the LORD are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;

17 그곳은 새들이 자신들의 둥지들을 트는 곳이요, 황새로 말하자면, 전나무들이 그녀의 집이로다.

17 Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.

18 높은 언덕들은 야생 염소들의 한 피난처요, 바위들은 토끼들의 피난처로다.

18 The high hills are a refuge for the wild goats; and the rocks for the conies.

19 그분께서 계절들을 위하여 달을 지정하셨도다. 해는 그의 지는 것을 아는도다.

19 He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.

20 당신께서 어둠을 만드시나니, 그것이 밤이니이다. 숲의 모든 짐승들이 밤에 기어 나오나이다.

20 Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.

21 젊은 사자들이 자신들의 먹이를 쫓아가며 포효하나니, 하나님께로부터 오는 자신들의 음식을 찾나이다.

21 The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.

22 해가 떠오르나니, 그들이 스스로 함께 모이고 그들의 굴들 속에 자신들의 몸을 눕히나이다.

22 The sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.

23 사람은 자신의 일로 나가서 저녁때까지 자신의 수고를 하나이다.

23 Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.

24 오, 주여, 당신의 일들이 얼마나 많은지요! 당신께서 지혜로 그들을 모두 만드셨으니, 땅은 당신의 부요함으로 충만하나이다.

24 O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.

25 이 거대하고 넓은 바다도 그러하나니, 그 안에는 작은 짐승들, 큰 짐승들 할 것 없이 기어다니는 것들이 무수히 많나이다.

25 So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.

26 거기에 선박들이 다니나이다. 당신께서 그 안에서 놀게 만드신 그 리바이어던이 거기 있나이다.

26 There go the ships: there is that leviathan, whom thou hast made to play therein.

27 이들이 모두 당신을 기다리나니, 곧 당신께서 그들의 음식을 적합한 시기에 그들에게 주시기를 기다리나이다.

27 These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.

28 당신께서 그것들을 주시나니, 그들이 모이나이다. 당신께서 당신의 손을 여시나니, 그들이 좋은 것으로 가득 채워지나이다.

28 That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good.

29 당신께서 당신의 얼굴을 숨기시나니, 그들이 곤란해지나이다. 당신께서 그들의 호흡을 가져가 버리시나니, 그들이 죽어 자신들의 진토로 되돌아가나이다.

29 Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.

30 당신께서 당신의 영을 내보내시나니, 그들이 창조되나이다. 그리하여 당신께서 땅의 표면을 새롭게 하시나이다.

30 Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.

31 주의 영광은 영원토록 지속되리라. 주께서 자신의 일들을 크게 기뻐하시리라.

31 The glory of the LORD shall endure for ever: the LORD shall rejoice in his works.

32 그분께서 땅을 바라보시나니, 그것이 떠는도다. 그분께서 언덕들을 건드리시나니, 그것들이 연기를 내는도다.

32 He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke.

33 내가 살아 있는 한, 나는 주께 노래하겠노라. 내가 존재하는 동안, 나는 나의 하나님을 찬송하겠노라.

33 I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

34 그분에 관한 나의 묵상이 달콤하리라. 나는 주를 반기겠노라.

34 My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.

35 죄인들이 땅에서 진멸되게 하시고, 사악한 자들이 다시는 존재하지 못하게 하소서. 오, 나의 혼아, 너는 주를 찬양하라. 너희는 주를 찬송하라.

35 Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the LORD, O my soul. Praise ye the LORD.
