시편 63편
<다윗의 시편, 그가 유다 광야에 있었을 때>
<A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah.>
1 오, 하나님이여, 당신께서는 나의 하나님이시오니, 제가 당신을 일찍 찾겠나이다. 저의 혼이 당신을 목말라하며, 저의 육체가 건조하고 메마른 지역에서 당신을 고대하나이다.
1 O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;
2 이는 제가 성소에서 당신을 뵈었던 것같이 당신의 권능과 당신의 영광을 보기 위함이니이다.
2 To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.
3 당신의 인애하심이 생명보다 더 나으므로 저의 입술이 당신을 찬송하리이다.
3 Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.
4 따라서 제가 살아 있는 동안 제가 당신을 찬양하겠나이다. 제가 당신의 이름으로 저의 두 손을 들어 올리겠나이다.
4 Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.
5 저의 혼이 골수와 기름진 것으로 만족하리이다. 또 저의 입은 즐거움으로 충만한 입술로 당신을 찬송하리이다.
5 My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:
6 제가 저의 침상 위에서 당신을 기억하고, 밤의 경점들을 보내며 당신을 묵상할 때 그리하리이다.
6 When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches.
7 당신께서 저의 도움이 되셨으니 그러므로 당신의 날개들의 그늘 안에서 제가 크게 기뻐하겠나이다.
7 Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.
8 저의 혼이 당신의 뒤를 바짝 따르나이다. 당신의 오른손이 저를 지탱하나이다.
8 My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.
9 그러나 저의 혼을 멸망시키려고 그것을 찾는 자들은 땅의 더 낮은 부분들로 들어가리이다.
9 But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth.
10 그들은 칼에 의하여 쓰러지리이다. 그들은 여우들의 몫이 되리이다.
10 They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes.
11 그러나 왕은 하나님을 크게 기뻐하리이다. 그분을 두고 맹세하는 모든 자마다 환희하리이다. 그러나 거짓말들을 내뱉는 자들의 입은 틀어막히리이다.
11 But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.
