시편 112편
1 너희는 주를 찬송하라. 주를 두려워하는 사람과 그분의 명령들을 대단히 크게 즐거워하는 자는 복되도다.
1 Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
2 그의 씨가 땅 위에서 막강해지리라. 올바른 자들의 세대가 복을 받으리라.
2 His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.
3 부와 재물들이 그의 집 안에 있으리라. 그리고 그의 의는 영원토록 지속되는도다.
3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever.
4 올바른 자들에게는 어둠 속에서도 빛이 일어나는도다. 그분께서는 은혜로우시고 연민으로 가득하시며 의로우시도다.
4 Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.
5 선한 사람은 호의를 보이고 빌려주느니라. 그는 자신의 용무들을 분별력 있게 처리하리라.
5 A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion.
6 결단코 그는 영원토록 동요하지 아니하리라. 의로운 자는 영원히 기억되리라.
6 Surely he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.
7 그는 악한 소식들을 무서워하지 아니하리니, 그의 마음이 주를 신뢰하여 고정되어 있도다.
7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the LORD.
8 그의 마음이 확고히 세워지나니, 그가 자신의 원수들 위에 임하는 그의 열망을 볼 때까지 그는 무서워하지 아니하리라.
8 His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies.
9 그가 재물을 나누어 주었으며, 그가 가난한 자들에게 주었도다. 그의 의가 영원토록 지속되는도다. 그의 뿔이 존귀로 크게 높여지리라.
9 He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour.
10 사악한 자는 그것을 보고 비통해하리라. 그가 자신의 이를 갈며 녹아 없어지리라. 사악한 자의 열망은 사라지리라.
10 The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.
