시편 43편
1 오, 하나님, 저를 판단하시고 불경건한 민족을 대적하여 저의 송사를 변호하소서. 오, 속임수로 가득하고 부정한 사람으로부터 저를 구출하소서.
1 Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.
2 이는 당신이 나의 힘의 하나님이시기 때문이니이다. 어찌하여 당신께서 저를 버리시나이까? 어찌하여 제가 원수의 압제로 인하여 애곡하며 다니나이까?
2 For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?
3 오, 당신의 빛과 당신의 진리를 내보내소서. 그것들이 저를 이끌게 하소서. 그것들이 당신의 거룩한 언덕으로, 또 당신의 장막들로 저를 데려가게 하소서.
3 O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles.
4 그때 저는 하나님의 제단으로, 곧 나의 지극한 기쁨이신 하나님께로 가겠나이다. 오, 하나님, 나의 하나님이여, 진정 저는 하프를 타며 당신을 찬송하겠나이다.
4 Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God.
5 오, 나의 혼아, 너는 어찌하여 낙망하느냐? 또 너는 어찌하여 내 안에서 불안해하느냐? 하나님을 소망하라. 이는 나의 얼굴의 건강이시며 나의 하나님이신 그분을 내가 여전히 찬송할 것이기 때문이라.
5 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
