<다윗의 시편>
<A Psalm of David.>
1 오, 나의 반석이신 주여, 제가 당신께 부르짖겠나이다. 저에게 잠잠히 계시지 마소서. 만일 당신께서 저에게 잠잠히 계신다면 제가 구렁 속으로 내려가는 자들처럼 될까 하나이다.
1 Unto thee will I cry, O LORD my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit.
2 제가 당신께 부르짖을 때, 곧 제가 당신의 거룩한 신탁의 장소를 향하여 저의 두 손을 들어 올릴 때 저의 간구들의 음성을 들어주소서.
2 Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry unto thee, when I lift up my hands toward thy holy oracle.
3 저를 사악한 자들과 죄악의 일꾼들과 함께 끌어내지 마소서. 그들은 자신들의 이웃들에게 화평을 말하나, 해로움이 그들의 마음속에 있나이다.
3 Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, which speak peace to their neighbours, but mischief is in their hearts.
4 그들에게 자신들의 행실들에 따라, 또 자신들이 힘쓴 것들의 사악함에 따라 돌려주소서. 그들에게 자신들의 손의 행위에 따라 돌려주소서. 그들에게 자신들이 받아야 마땅한 것들을 되돌려 주소서.
4 Give them according to their deeds, and according to the wickedness of their endeavours: give them after the work of their hands; render to them their desert.
5 이는 그들이 주의 역사들에도, 그분께서 두 손으로 시행하시는 일에도 유념하지 아니하기 때문에 그분께서는 그들을 멸하실 것이요, 그들을 세우지 아니하시리라.
5 Because they regard not the works of the LORD, nor the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up.
6 주께서 찬양받으시기를 바라노라. 이는 그분께서 나의 간구들의 음성을 들으셨기 때문이라.
6 Blessed be the LORD, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications.
7 주께서는 나의 힘이시요, 나의 방패시라. 나의 마음이 그분을 신뢰하였더니, 내가 도움을 받았도다. 그러므로 나의 마음이 대단히 크게 기뻐하는도다. 또 내가 나의 노래로 그분을 찬송하겠노라.
7 The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.
8 주께서는 그들의 힘이시요, 그분은 자신의 기름 부음 받은 자의 구원하는 힘이시라.
8 The LORD is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed.
9 당신의 백성을 구원하시고 당신의 유산에 복을 주소서. 또한 그들을 먹이시고 영원토록 그들을 들어 올리소서.
9 Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up for ever.
