시편 19편
<악장에게, 다윗의 시편>
<To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.>
1 하늘들이 하나님의 영광을 선언하나이다. 또 궁창이 그분의 손으로 하신 작업을 보여 주나이다.
1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
2 낮은 낮에게 연설을 하고 밤은 밤에게 지식을 보이나이다.
2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
3 그것들의 음성이 들리지 않는 언사도 언어도 없나이다.
3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.
4 그것들의 어구가 온 땅에 걸쳐 나갔고, 그것들의 말들은 세상의 끝에 다다랐나이다. 그것들 안에 그분께서 태양을 위한 장막을 세우셨나이다.
4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,
5 태양은 그의 침실에서 나오고 있는 신랑 같고, 강한 남자같이 경주에서 달리기를 크게 기뻐하나이다.
5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.
6 그의 나아감은 하늘의 끝에서부터요, 그의 순환로는 그것의 끝들에 이르나이다. 그런즉 해의 열기로부터 숨겨지는 것이 아무것도 없나이다.
6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.
7 주의 율법은 완전하여 혼을 회심시키고, 주의 증언은 확실하여 우매한 자를 지혜롭게 하는도다.
7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
8 주의 규례들은 의로워서 마음을 크게 기쁘게 하고, 주의 명령은 순수하여 두 눈을 밝게 하는도다.
8 The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.
9 주를 두려워하는 것은 정결하여 영원토록 지속되고, 주의 공의로운 법규들은 진실하며 전적으로 의롭나이다.
9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
10 그것들은 금보다, 진정 많은 정금보다 더 흠모되어야 하며, 꿀과 벌집보다 더 달콤하나이다.
10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
11 더욱이 당신의 종이 그것들에 의하여 경고를 받나이다. 또한 그것들을 지킴으로써 위대한 보상이 있나이다.
11 Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.
12 누가 자신의 과오들을 깨달을 수 있겠나이까? 당신께서 저를 은밀한 잘못들로부터 정결하게 하여 주소서.
12 Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.
13 당신의 종을 또한 고의로 짓는 죄들로부터 막아주소서. 그 죄들이 저를 지배하지 못하게 하소서. 그리하시면 저는 올바르게 될 것이요, 저는 크나큰 불법으로부터 무죄하게 되리이다.
13 Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.
14 오, 나의 힘이요, 나의 구속주이신 주여, 제 입의 말들과 제 마음의 묵상이 당신의 목전에서 기꺼이 받아들여지게 하소서.
14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
