시편 81편
<깃팃에 맞추어 악장에게, 아삽의 시편>
<To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm of Asaph.>
1 우리의 힘이신 하나님께 크게 노래하라. 야곱의 하나님께 즐거움으로 충만한 환성을 지르라.
1 Sing aloud unto God our strength: make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob.
2 시를 읊고 탬버린과 기쁨을 주는 하프를 솔터리와 함께 이리로 가져오라.
2 Take a psalm, and bring hither the timbrel, the pleasant harp with the psaltery.
3 새 달에, 정해진 시간에, 우리의 엄숙한 명절날에 나팔을 불라.
3 Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day.
4 이는 이것이 이스라엘을 위한 규례요, 야곱의 하나님의 법이었기 때문이라.
4 For this was a statute for Israel, and a law of the God of Jacob.
5 그분께서 이집트 지역을 통과하여 나가셨을 때 그분께서는 요셉 안에서 이것을 증언으로 제정하셨도다. 나는 그곳에서 내가 이해하지 못한 언어를 들었도다.
5 This he ordained in Joseph for a testimony, when he went out through the land of Egypt: where I heard a language that I understood not.
6 내가 그의 어깨를 짐으로부터 옮겼도다. 그의 두 손은 냄비들로부터 구출되었도다.
6 I removed his shoulder from the burden: his hands were delivered from the pots.
7 네가 곤경 속에서 불렀기에, 내가 너를 구출하였도다. 내가 천둥의 은밀한 곳에서 너에게 응답하였도다. 내가 너를 므리바의 물들에서 입증하였도다. 셀라.
7 Thou calledst in trouble, and I delivered thee; I answered thee in the secret place of thunder: I proved thee at the waters of Meribah. Selah.
8 오, 나의 백성이여, 들으라. 그리하면 내가 너에게 증언하겠노라. 오, 이스라엘이여, 만일 네가 나에게 경청하려 한다면 그리하겠노라.
8 Hear, O my people, and I will testify unto thee: O Israel, if thou wilt hearken unto me;
9 너의 안에 타국 신이 전혀 없어야 할지니라. 또한 너는 어떤 타국 신에게도 경배하지 말지니라.
9 There shall no strange god be in thee; neither shalt thou worship any strange god.
10 나는 너를 이집트 지역에서 데리고 나온 주 너의 하나님이라. 너의 입을 크게 열라. 그리하면 내가 그것을 채우겠노라.
10 I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.
11 그러나 나의 백성이 나의 음성에 경청하려 하지 아니하였도다. 그리고 이스라엘은 나에게서 아무것도 바라지 아니하였도다.
11 But my people would not hearken to my voice; and Israel would none of me.
12 그렇게 하여 내가 그들을 그들 자신의 마음의 정욕에 내주었도다. 그리하여 그들은 자기 자신들의 계획들 가운데서 살아갔도다.
12 So I gave them up unto their own hearts' lust: and they walked in their own counsels.
13 오, 나의 백성이 나에게 경청하였더라면, 이스라엘이 나의 길들 가운데 살아갔더라면 얼마나 좋았을까!
13 Oh that my people had hearkened unto me, and Israel had walked in my ways!
14 그리하였더라면 내가 금방 그들의 원수들을 정복하고 그들의 대적들을 대적하여 나의 손을 돌이켰을 것이요,
14 I should soon have subdued their enemies, and turned my hand against their adversaries.
15 주를 증오하는 자들이 스스로 그에게 복종하였을 것이며, 오히려 그들의 때는 영원토록 지속되었으리라.
15 The haters of the LORD should have submitted themselves unto him: but their time should have endured for ever.
16 또한 그가 가장 질 좋은 밀로 그들을 먹였을 것이요, 반석에서 나오는 꿀로 내가 너를 만족하게 하였으리라.
16 He should have fed them also with the finest of the wheat: and with honey out of the rock should I have satisfied thee.
