<A Song of degrees.>
1 주를 두려워하고 그분의 길들 가운데 살아가는 자마다 모두 복되도다.
1 Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.
2 이는 너의 두 손의 수고를 네가 먹을 것이기 때문이라. 너는 행복할 것이요, 너는 잘되리라.
2 For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.
3 너의 아내는 너의 집 측면들에 있는 열매로 가득한 포도나무 같으리라. 너의 자녀들은 너의 식탁 둘레에 있는 올리브 묘목들 같으리라.
3 Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.
4 보라, 주를 두려워하는 사람은 이와 같이 복을 받으리라.
4 Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.
5 주께서 시온에서부터 너에게 복을 주시리라. 그리하여 너는 너의 생애의 모든 날들 동안 예루살렘의 축복을 보리라.
5 The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.
6 진정 너의 자녀들의 자녀들을 볼 것이요, 이스라엘 위에 임하는 화평을 보리라.
6 Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.
